Postage rates do not change very often. They have a standard rate mostly throughout the year but to make sure you can just check their website so you wouldn't be disappointed if anything happens.

I dont believe postage rates change often enough. The USPS is losing billions of dollars yet they charge relatively little to ship mail. I few extra pennies could assist the Postal Service to cover its expenses. It is quite a bargain to be able to ship a letter across the country for $0.47.
