To get some sunburn relief just add two cups of cider vinegar to a bath tub filled with cool water. Soak in this for 30 minutes to tame the burn.

There is no ratio, per se. You will want to fill the bath tub up to whatever level you normally do, and then add two cups of vinegar to the bath water.

One small bottle of white vinegar is added to luke warm bath water. The vinegar helps relieve the pain and keep your skin from peeling.

I believe, the ratio doesn't matter as long as there is more water than vinegar. And it works like magic.

Mix one to two tablespoon of apple cider vinegar to one to two cups of cold water and use a cloth to apply this mixture to the skin. You can also add two cups of apple cider vinegar to cool bath water and soak your skin in it.

Adding two cups of apple cider vinegar or white vinegar to your bath and soaking for 30 minutes will help with a sunburn. Also applying the vinegar directly to your skin with a rag will help take the burn away.

Two cups of vinegar, prefferably apple cider, poured into a bathtub of warm water with a good 15-20 minute soak will soothe any sunburn. If the burn is severe, you can add one more half cup and lower the water temperature.

You can benefit from a bath as low as 1 part vinegar to 10 parts water if you find higher concentrates intolerable. 3 to 10 is best.
