The rations would change constantly during the war. The following are the allowed rations for the year 1943. 3 pounds per person per calendar month as from December 1, 1942. From November 1, 1943 to March 18, 1945, the ration allowance was 3 pounds every four weeks (12 oz. per week).

In the US, the ration would be 3 pounds per person per calendar month until 1st November, when the ration was modified to 3 pouns every four weeks.
