They claim honey sweetened, but the second ingredient is sugar. With 16g of sugar per serving, it contains about the same amount of sugar as other sugared cereals.

It has less sugar than brands like Lucky Charms or Cocoa Puffs, but it still has quite a bit of added sugar. If you are concerned you could try buying Cheerios and doing a half and half mix- half Cheerios and half Honey Nut Clusters. That will reduce the sugar they are eating.

There is about six grams of sugar per serving of the cereal. That is quite a bit. If your kids really enjoy it a lot, you could serve it with skim milk to offset some of the calories from the cereal. If you serve it with whole milk that is not a good meal.

Well to be quite honest there is a lot of sugar in Honey Nut Clusters. Although kids may like it the cereal has a way of packing a few pounds on you if you eat it on a daily basis .But there are some ingredients that are good for you.
