there is so much startup to a resteruant that it is unreal.First you have to buy all the equipment to cook with, pay your staff, but the food to serve your patrons with,and make the food good so they keep comming back-100,000$ is a minimum i would say

starting up a local restaurant require some hugh amount of money,this is because every thing required must be put into consideration,for example,a favourable environment with good attraction,the structure,good cook,good preservatives,local dishes,less number of cook for a start,I think $10000 start up money will be needed to open a local restaurant.

About 25.000$ if you own the place. Is a little bit tricky on licensing and stuff like this. You can hire an assistant how can do this kind of jobs for you. Don't start business whit people that you don't know because you may get in trouble. See more places before you commit in this kind of bussines.

It depends on the location and size.Three thousand US dollars are the minimum for small restaurants in small cities.It will cost more if the restaurant is big in large cities.But this is surely a good experience.
