The amount varies by vegetable-- for instance, avocados, potatoes, and spinach have a high amount of potassium, about 225mg per half cup serving, whereas bell peppers, cabbage, cucumber, and green beans have a low amount of potassium, less than 125mg per half cup serving.

vegetables are very high in potassium when they are raw. If you cook or steam them they will barely have any potassium left in them.

There too many veggies to list them all, I'll list a few with highest, medium and least potassium in them. From highest, one large baked potato with skin has 844 milligrams. From medium, raw spinach chopped has 154 milligrams and from lowest, 1/2 cup raw green beans has 76 miligrams.
