Depending on the size of the intestines, up to 25 pounds of feces can fit in the human body. Some people keep this weight to a minimum; others, it is safe to say, are full of it.

That depends on the individual. You can have 2 lbs. up to 15 lbs. of fecal matter blocked up inside your bowels. It all comes down to your poo, from your head, down to your shoes. You can prevent this from eating more fiber or by taking fiber supplements. Fruit is another way of keeping a healthy digestive tract.

The amount of poop your body can hold at one time depends on how much you weigh and your diet. Based on those factors you can have anywhere from just a few ounces of poop all the way up to twenty five pounds of poop in your body at any given time.

Usually about 4-5 pounds of poop are in the human body at one time. Try weighing yourself before you poop and after.

The average person can have between 4-25 pounds of built-up intestinal matter in their colon- factors effecting this number are your metabolism, diet, genetics and rate of bowel movements. The general term for feces stuck in the human body is mucoid crap. A doctor can remove some of this build-up with a colon cleansing.

Please be careful with the "no sugar diet" !!!! Your body needs some sugar. Try some healthy ways for sugar intake such as the sugar from fresh fruits. Other than that it sounds like your doing great with your weight loss plan! Congradulations!!  add a comment

Depending on ones diet and current weight, the human body will hold anywhere from 5 to 25 pounds of feces. A lot of this is in the form of old, dried feces and mucus that the body couldn't fully break down and dispose of.

Depending on the weight and height of the person, the average person holds between five and twenty-five pounds of feces. Diet will greatly affect this because there are some foods and chemicals the body is unable to break down. These foods remain in the digistive system longer as it takes longer to break them down.

Pooping is a lot easier if you squat. The rectum is opened to a straighter shot, so one does not have to strain and takes 20 seconds instead of a novel.

One weekend I tried that three ballerina dieters tea that you find in an Asian grocery store. I spent the next day on the toilet and some of the next. I beleive I emptied out all of my system and weighed five pounds less.  add a comment
