How much pomegranate juice should I drink?

I love pomegranate juice.

Pomegranate juice is high in Vitamin C and other necessary nutrients and should be part of a balanced diet. It is acidic and high in sugar so consult your doctor.

An eight to twelve ounce serving of pomegranate juice per day should be sufficient. Drinking a lot of water is also very important.

Pomegranate juice contains 40% of the US RDA of Vitamin C. It also contains Vitamin A, E and folic acid along with antioxidant properties. So, two glasses should be fine.
