You should not have to much pain after the surgury. However you will experience some discomfert. You're cheeks tend to swell.

This varies depending on the person and how invasive the procedure is to remove your wisdom tooth. The pain should reduce in a few days at any rate and it shouldn't get worse if the sockets are kept clean. Vicodin and Ibuprofen can dull the pain associated with extraction.

Well, everybody has differently levels of pain tolerance. But, in my experience, a tooth extraction is a very painful thing. You should expect the most intense pain the day after the procedure, and it should mellow out a little with every day. Eventually it will be more of an irritating soreness, and once at that point should wain off quickly.

it hurts pretty badly...just ask for more anesthesia if you feel pain...raise your hand or something...and you should also expect throbbing after the procedure...

If they're just being removed with no infection, it's just a dull throbbing, whatever pain meds the dentist recommends should be fine. Also ice packs help.

Normally there is some pain, especially on the first day. Dentists will oftentimes prescribe pain medication that works well for most people.

That depends on how much pain you can handle. If they have to dig them out or just pull them out. If you wear braces or not can also effect how much pain you are in.

I have heard that getting it out is very painful so I would expect to have some pain after that.
