A stamp duty (tax on documents) will vary on the document and the tax rate. Sweden, for example, applies a 1.5% stamp duty on property purchases.

As far as I am concerned, a tamp duty vary according to the different type of tax. Based on different subjects, the stamp duty may calculate differently. And there may be different tax rates.
