I believe that a "well paying job" differs from one person to another. I would define a "well paying job" as one that pays you enough money to not only cover your monthly expenses, but will leave you with money to put into savings and a little extra for discretionary spending.

Well paying job is one which pays above the average pay for the nation . If you have that job you will have more than enough to save after all your expenses.
