I would doubt any. An IUD perforation is when the IUD punches a hole through the wall of the uterus, usually requiring surgery to repair. The damage to the uterus would make pregnancy improbable and the following surgery would probably end any unintended pregnancy.

Thousands of women use an IUD (Intrauternine device)successfully 92.9% - 99.9%. Although this is a very high success rate, one in one thousand women will experience a perforation that may result in pregnancy. Perforation of the uterine wall will occur when IUD has imbedded intself into the uterine wall.

When an IUD perforates it punctures your uterus. Pregnancy isn't related. Sometimes pregnancies conceived while on an IUD will be complicated by perforation as the fetus grows.

There has been a few pregnancies as the result of an IUD perforation. This is sad because usually a woman will not be able to carry the baby full term.

IUD perforation does not count how many pregnancies at least you have your first child. This IUD insertion is to control from getting pregnant again until you plan to have baby, you can remove it with help of your doctor.
