This is a good, but tricky question. An NBA game is 48 minutes (unless there's overtime). Your average starter would play about 28-35 minutes a game, while bench players play significantly less. Star players play close to 40 minutes.

College games are 40 minutes, NBA games are 48 minutes. College players (including the bench) average 10-15 minutes. For the NBA, 15-20 minutes. Again, this includes bench players.
