The two are unrelated. A Gigabyte is a unit of meassurement, a 64-bit driver is a piece of software, so there are no gigabytes in a driver. If you are asking how big a 64-bit driver is, then it can vary. Drivers range in size from a smaller than a megabyte to several hundred megabytes.

I'm afraid you're making a confusion here: a 64 bit driver means that this driver is for 64 bit OS. It doesn't necessarily have one or more gigabytes!
