Yes! If you are drinking then DO NOT drive home. You can get a DD or call a Taxi Service to pick you up. I've known too many people who have gotten in accidents while intoxicated and they were all too lucky that no one died. If you drunk drive you could take away the life of someones loved one.

You should but in reality that is not always possible. At least stop drinkin an hour or so before you leave. You wont be completely sober but at least it will give you time to realize if your good enough to drive. Dont risk ur own and others lives

If you plan on drinking, even one drink, you should have a designated driver, it is far safer and you can relax and have a good time.

If you are going to drink, then absolutely. There is no reason at all to take the risk of driving, and getting into an accident, or even simply being charged.
