How many calories is a 4 ounce serving of fresh salmon?

As a grill cook, i can say that most 4 oz salmon have about 250 calories. At my job we put them in oil which makes it very unhealthy.

A 4 ounce serving of fresh salmon is about 130-160 calories. When cooked, unless nothing is added to it, this amount goes up to about 230 calories for a 4-oz serving.
