If you take it everyday it would take a week to get out of your system. If you just take one it should be gone after a couple of day.

Hydrocodone metabolizes to hydromorphone in a few days. I say few because everybody's metabolism is different. What takes you 3 days to breakdown may take somebody else 5 or 6 days. Anyway to be safe wait 3-4 days. If you're worried about a blood test, best thing to do is to not do hydrocodone beforehand.
