A tongue piercing can be tough to heal because no matter how clean your mouth is, you still have bacteria in it. The inside of your mouth is always moist so it will take a good while to heal. Just keep doing what the person who pierced it said to do.

It should have been all healed in a month. You need to make a appointment to go and see you family doctor. a infection in your tongue is nothing to mess with.
