My motorcycle was stolen and insurance co seems to be dragging their feet on settling claim, its been 2 months, and they wont return my calls now.

In most jurisdictions, insurers have timeframes to advise of policy previsions, or when to expect payment. Contact your state department of insurance if you can't get help with your insurer.
