Your Cadillac ride will feel much smoother at slow speeds, and a bit harder at higher speeds. This is because the control shocks are adjusted by a computer in the car, either hardening the shocks or softening the shocks depending on the speed and terrain on which you are traveling.

The ride is affected as a computer controls the shocks through a series of pumps that make the shocks stiff or dampen them. When traveling at high speeds you want your shocks a little stiffer to give a level ride and when going slow you want them more damp to absorb shock, your computer adjust this for you.

for one you wont have that smooth floating feeling the car will seem more loose and have a bounce to it as well as a lounder bang when the shock hits the tower. also the electronic lifts that adjust the ride height will humm unless removed completely everytime you start the car

The ride is affected by being able to be lowered for better fuel efficientcy. The lower profile leads to less resistance, and therefor, less gas will be needed to drive.
