How is "creamery" ice cream different from "regular" ice cream?

I expect creamery ice cream to be hand mixed and include extras such as nuts, sprinkles and fruit, whereas regular ice cream is just from a store bought container.

The only different is that a "creamery", obviously from the name you can tell, is more creamy. Regular ice cream is harder.
