How hard is the CNA certification test?

It depends on the state you live in. I took the practicals for the state of Maryland in 1999 and it was a nightmare! We had five skills to do for the state worker and they had to be PERFECT!!

The test is two parts. One part is a written exam that covers the material learned in training. The second part of the exam is a practical in which the student is asked to perform a set of tasks from a list of tasks she/he was to prepare for. This can include bathing, changing a bed, etc.
