To become a TV repair technician, someone should first research possible vocational classes providing education in this field. Other studies that would help someone would be that of various television manuals, as well as immense of research on both traditional CRT televisions, and the newer plasma and LCD technologies currently available

There are trade schools and college courses you can go through. The military offers some career fields some courses. A good knowledge of electronics, and an aptitude for problem solving and math can help you. There is a lot of information to memorize, from frequencies of certain parts of signals, to what causes common problems. Good luck.

You must go to a collage that covers this subject. Then you must graduate, and get your degree. Then go to a store that is looking for TV repair technician

this is how you become a tv repair technician you will have to go to a repair technician school i would go with ITT tech for the school.

It's surprisingly not that hard. You just need to know TVs and become well-versed in how they work. There are no classes for this, so you will need to either get a part-time job or volunteer on the weekends at a TV repair shop. Most of the time repair jobs are done by retailers, but you can find someone.
