Diamonds are rated on clarity, color, size and weight. The whiter or milkier the diamond is the cheaper the stone is. Clearer and color is worth more.

Diamond is evaluated by its 4C - Cut, Color, Clarity and Carat. If you can give more information about the diamond ring, then one can evaluate it easily.

That's not something anyone could tell you unless they saw it in person. Take it to a jewelery store and they will tell you.
