A Slip n Slide is a plastic water play toy used outdoors on flat, grassy land. Children run towards the Slip n Slide, picking up momentum, then diving head first onto the watery surface, causing them to slide on the slippery plastic up to 20 feet in length.

Basically all it is a long piece of plastic or vinyl that you run water down. This makes a slipper surface that you run and slide down on your stomach. It is pretty safe when used properly. Adult supervision is a good idea though.
