When wiring a powered subwoofer you first need a power source. Run at least 4 gauge wire for your power wire, from the battery with a inline fuse to the amp. Run a ground wire from any good ground to the amp. Then Run wire from remote on amp to blue wire on back of deck.

You will need to run the power wire from your battery through the firewall, and to the subwoofer. Then you need to connect the speaker wires to the back of the head-unit. This is a pretty easy job, the hardest part is finding the hole in the firewall.

Just run power to the amp, audio input into the amp, and the outputs out to the speakers. Run you appropriate sized power leads to to a switched 12V source with a fuse. Then run you wires from the stereo to the amp and the amp to your sub-woofers.
