How do you use tea tree oil for nasal congestion?

I have heard it is a great natural remedy.

Just put 3 to 4 drops in a cup of boiling water and inhale for about 5 minutes. I usually put a towel over my head to get all the steam. You could also put 4 to 5 drops in a vaporizer that way you could get relief at night.

You can boil a pot of water, put in a couple of drops of the tree oil, then cover your head and the pot with a towel and breathe the vapors. Do this a couple times a day. If after 5 days the symptoms continue see your doctor.
