Go to the file and try pressing undo option in the file. Go to help and look for previous changes. Open an old version of the file.

If you aved and closed the file, then you can't undo. If your on Windows Vista/7 you may be able to right click the file, and go to "Previous Versions".

you can undo a save in Excel by just pressing ctrl + z or go to the edit menu and choose option of undo. This is the easiest way to do this.

You cannot "undo" a save in Excel, but you can press CTRL + Z to return the spreadsheet to the desired state. Then, hit CTRL + S.

a chance to undo it, but i'm not sure if it will work. Find out the ". tmp" files in ur office folder, try rename them to ". xls" then open it
