A good aloe cream may be best. If you can find the plant itself, break the leaves and rub the oil on the sores.

To treat a severe sunburn blister, you will want to place a cool damp cloth over the affected area to clean it. After cleansing, keep the wound moist and medicated with aloe and Noxema. Be gentle to your skin and wear loose clothing.

Step 1: don't get sunburnt!! It is SO bad for you!!! Aloe vera gel will help reduce healing time, as will paw paw ointment. Keep your back moisturised, as sunburn will dry out your skin terribly.

Sunburn blisters can easily be treated in several ways. Believe it or not, vinegar works extremely well, but can cause stinging. An Aloe Vera gel is a wonderful painless solution as well. Taking Ibuprofen or an anti-inflammatory will also help with tenderness during the healing process. If all else fails, get to a doctor.
