Clean the area thoroughly with warm water and soap. You can apply any bite cream or lotion to reduce the itching. Taking an antihistamine tablet (such as benadryl) can also help decrease discomfort. Scratching will only make the bite worse - if the itching becomes unbearable, try applying an ice-cube or towel soaked in cold water directly to the bite.

Clean the area thoroughly with soap and water. You can use creams like Benadryl or Neosporin. Aloe Vera naturally cleans and soothes. If bite still itches or swells, take antihistimine.

Clean the bite area with soap and water. Apply a hydrocortisone cream for the itching. Cover with a gauze cover.
