I believe that staying fit is based on math calculations. You can find calculators on the web that can help to estimate the number of calories per day you need to maintain your current weight. Burn 500 extra calories per day, and you will easily lose 1 lb per week.

Since it is difficult to stay in shape, it's better not to diet where when you stop, you gain weight. The best option is to do regular exercise like rope skipping. I'ts fun, inexpensive and very effective. Thirty minutes of jumping rope is equal to one hour running.

You can't stop your diet/exercise regimen once you lose the weight. Cause once you do you will gain all the weight back. As well as keep challenging yourself.

Weight is more about diet than exercise. You have to get a diet and stick to it completely and never go off. Most people gain weight back after leaving diets.
