I would recommend immersing yourself in a group of fluent speakers and learn as you chat with them. Also make sure you attend a good language school

Just try to watch as many Tv shows, documantaries and other media things as you can. Don't give up and try to optimize your skills. When you listen to english music, try to understand every word and repeat it.
