There are several websites you can visit to set up a ebook online. There is webook, amazon, and so on. You just set up an account on the website and allow other readers to vote on your book, and when you are comfortable with it you can publish it.

There are many different websites you can choose to self-publish your work. One of the best known is LuLu. Before you get started, consider using another service to have your works proof-read and reviewed both for content and grammatical error. Your work may be published but in order to sell you also have to be your own editor/marketer.

Use a word processor and convert your book to PDF if you haven't already. Then, you can create your own website and sell it directly (people send you money with PayPal, and you send them the book by email); or use a service like Lulu that'll do all the work for you (but will take a fraction of the profit).
