It's a model R230.

Click on watch icon and press it twice this will give you option to setup clock 24 hours setting if you double press it you will get the chance to set the time to 12 hours using the number key set the desired time.

Click on the watch icon and press it twice till you have the option to set it for 24 or 12 hours, then you use the number keys to to set the time.
