Set the oven to clean. Turn on your exhaust fan. It takes 2 to 4 hours for it to burn off any grease or spills. Turn the oven off. After it cools, wipe out the ash that is left. To get a manual, go to the Maytag web site. You will need your model number.

To set you Maytag oven to self-clean first open the over door and slide the latch to the right - locking position. Once locked, press the 'clean' button located on the display panel. To increase time press (+) and (-) to decrease. Within a few seconds cleaning will begin.

First remove the broiler pan and any other pans from the oven. Slide the safety latch to lock the door and then push the control button on the control panel.

You can set your maytag oven to self clean by pressing More + twice then leave it around 4hours and dont touch it because it becomes very hot after a while.
