If you are calling one person you can say "ven aquí" that sounds like "van ack ee", for many people you say "vengan aquí"

You could say: "Venga aqui." (the second word is pronounced ah-key, with the accent on the second syllable). However, I would say: "Venga aqui, por favor." (Come here, please.)
