How do you replace the struts on a 96 Chevy Lumina?

All Chevy's require a special tool to replace struts. In addition, you can't jack the car up to change them or you'll snap the strut pegs.

Unbolt the bottom of the strut from the lower control arm. Uncouple it (you may need a big pry bar for this). Then remove the three nuts on the top of the strut tower. Installation is reverse of removal.
