Open the hood and remove the 4 bolts holding it in place. Simply attach the new one and bolt it back down as the first one came off. Check your parts yard for the best deal on these!

It's a simple fix. You're just going to need a flat bar, and possibly a screw driver. Pop the hood and use the flat bar to remove the latch.

First remove the hood itself. Identify the latch by noticing the serial number particular to your car's model and buy it at an auto shop. Install and attach the hood.

Need a flat bar and screw driver. Open hood and use the flat bar to take off the latch. Make sure latch has the same serial number model.
