How do you remove water stains from leather shoes?

The best thing to do is get a leather shoe cleaner paste and rub in on the shoe and let it set and shine off. Repeat if necessary. This will also take off salt.

I would try going out and buy saddle soap, it is wonderful for removing many things from leather. You might also want to try cleaning them up and polishing them in addition to the saddle soap. I would be careful about using water to remove this as the stain is water.

Wipe a slightly damp colth over the shoes then dry completly and evenly with paper towles. Then polish the shoes in a circular motion.

I will keep my shoes outside the home on a sunny day and allow to get hot. This technique will help to remove water stains from the shoes. Then apply polish on it.

Go to the store and buy some saddle soap. From there follow the directions on the bottle. Otherwise you can try baby wipes, if you use that route you just have to be careful about over cleaning them.
