If your smell is coming from carpet you are not going to get it out, the urine has went through the carpet to the padding underneath and needs to be replaced so that it does not make you sick. If it is on regular tile then just use a mop and pinesol to mop it up.

Use Lysol disinfenctant spray that is suitable for soft surfaces. Not only does it disinfect the area, it also gets rid of the stench. For this to be effective, you should try to clean up the urine spot as soon as possible with soap and a damp sponge.

If urine is still on floor clean floor of remaining urine. After throughly dry, apply pine sol concentrated to area and let sit for 30 minutes. Remove excess pine sol and smell should be gone. If for some strange reason it remains, repeat procedure until smell is no longer present.
