There is a sliding lever on the back side. Take a screwdriver and pull it out and the wiper will put right off the splined shaft. You may want to mark the position to reinstall it in the correct location.

To temove the wiper arms of any car, just look about halfway down the wiper were it bends, and push the two "buttons" in. Once these buttons have been pushed in, the wiper arm will easily slide out so that a new one can be inserted.
