Use baking soda and peroxide. Stir it into a paste and scrub the area, let it sit to 30-50 minutes. Wash like normal and it should be gone, and look like brand new.

I use shout spray for this to i spray as soon as i notice the stain and let it sit and then put it in the washer

Squeeze lemon on the stained on the stained area. The acid in the lemon breaks up the stains and makes the fabric easier to clean.

Well for stubborn stain you might need to use some kind or pretreatment like Shout. Apply it directly to the stain and let is soak in before washing. You may also try soaking it before actually washing to try and loosen the stain.
