There are many remedies to remove sweat stains. first of all apply some tomatto juice on that affected part and washashed it with washing soap and cold water or apply lime or vinegar on the affected part and after half an hour washed it with hot water. applying vinegar is the best remedy to remove sweat stains.

sweat stains are a little difficult especially if they are on a hat. I would start by using that Tide to go stick. If that doesn't work, then I would try to hand was it and put a little Oxiclean on it. I have seen Oxiclean get a lot of stuff out of clothes.

I would rub a paste of baking soda and water into the stains and allow that to sit and pre-treat before washing with bleach, or a bleach alternative laundry detergent if the hat cannot be bleached in the laundry. You could also try spot treating with a product like the Tide stain stick, etc.
