A way to remove nose hair is with a nose hair trimmer. The only way to get rid of the nose hair permanently you would have to have laser hair removal.

Nose hair plucking sounds like the most painful thing ever so I wouldn't suggest that to anyone. But I have heard of some mechanical tools which are meant specifically for removing nose hairs. I have seen them used and they don't seem to be painful.

the most common is make use of a nose scissor for cutting those little hairs, but maybe there is another way, plastic surgery or laser surgery.
