There are some programs that claim to fix trojan attacks on your computer but the only way to be truly safe is to format the harddrive and reinstall the OS.

Simply do a scan with any commonly available spyware scanner such as AdAware or Spybot Search and Destroy. This should find and remove it for you. If not you may need to locate a specific removal tool for that trojan.

There are several free programs that will do this for you. One is Spybot Search and Destroy. Download this program, install it, update it with the latest malware definitions (this can be down through the program), and scan your system. If it finds it, it will remove it, or recommend steps to remove it.

The main thing is to download a viruse internet maleware remover software, like AVG Internet security. Avg provides the best tools and it is free. This is a pluss for those on a budget. When you receivce program, run it, and then follow instuctions.

Try removal tools downloaded from trustworty sites. Maybe watch a one hour talk on manual malware removal and realize that it is easier to nuke and reinstall the system.
