The first step is to use some type of anti-virus or scan tool to identify it. Once identified, search online for a removal tool. Run this and then rescan to make sure that it has be successfully removed. If not try another removal tool. Once removed install a quality anti-virus program to prevent future infections.

If you have antivirus protection on your computer, run the software immediately on a full sweep, and delete everything malicious that it comes back with. If you do not have antivirus protection for your computer, get some immediately.

Apparently you either don't have virus protection or a really bad one. If your computer can still run good enough, download a free anti virus or one you have bought. If that doesn't help because the virus is slowing you down you may have to format your hard drive.

You need to download spybot search and destroy and run that. Next download malware bytes and run that. after those have run you can download avg free.

You got it because you didn't have any anti-virus protection on your computer. Go out and spend the $40 or so and buy Norton or Mcafee software.

The best ways to remove viruses or trojans whatever you want to call them is to boot into safe mode pressing f8 repeatedly as the computer is booting then select safemode. from there run your virus scanner and spyware removal tools.
