Use carbonated water to bring the dark liquid to the surface. Blot the area with paper towel and repeat the process until the stain starts coming up. If that doesn't work you should try some hydrogen peroxide and spray the stain and continue the process until the stain has lifted from the mattress.

Try a carpet high traffic stain remover. Spray it, take a damp sponge and rub the stain. Repeat until the stain is removed. Vacuum the spot to remove any residues.
