This is most likely genetic and hard to reduce. You can easily remove it with tissue paper, kleenex, or specially made paper to remove oil from your face.

These problems are more common among aged people. Working outside,dusty atmosphere and oily face causes eyelid oil. Keep clean your eyes and Protect your eyes by wearing sunglasses.
