oh if your internal network card stop working then first cearout its drivers with the help of a software called driver sweeper and then reinstall the drivers if this method don't work for you then its means that there is something wrong with your card and you have to purchase a new one

Check all the connections to the NIC (Network Interface Card) then reeboot the computer, you may need to reinstall drivers and enable the NIC in the network settings of your operating system. If no lights are flashing when the network cable is plugged in the card may be faulty. This is common after a power surge.
