How do you rate college professors?

I believe the best way to rate a college professor is if they helped you learn. This can either be because they let you go to their office hours to explain things or if they made their lectures interesting. I also believe in the "tough but fair".

I rate college professors, by their organizational skills, accessibility to their students, material they cover in class, and exams they give out.

Above all college professors should be competent in the subject they teach. They should also be passionate about the subject matter and inspiring to students.
